HOW DO I GET A VALUATION?
Simply visit the SELL MY CAR link and fill in the contact form. We'll email you a response within 24 hours.
WILL YOU COLLECT MY CAR?
Yes, our aim is to make the process as simple and convenient for you as possible. Unlike other 'we buy any car' services we'll come to you. We’ll agree a mutually agreeable time and place to suit you.
WILL YOU GIVE ME A LOWER PRICE WHEN YOU ARRIVE?
No, unlike other car buying services, we will not significantly drop our offer after viewing the car for collection. As long as the car is described to the best of your ability, we will pay out the full valuation offer.
WILL YOU BUY ANY CAR?
We are interested in most cars. Send us an enquiry, and we'll get back to you and let you know either way.
MY CAR HAS A FAULT(S), WILL YOU STILL BUY IT?
Yes, depending on the fault. However, we would want to know in advance of collecting the vehicle, as this will affect the value. We will likely discover it when we inspect and test drive the car anyway.
WILL YOU SETTLE MY OUTSTANDING FINANCE?
Yes, we just need to know your finance agreement number and lender details. We can check your settlement figure and pay them directly. Anything leftover after paying the finance, can then be paid to you.
MY CAR HAS NO MOT, WILL YOU STILL BUY IT?
No, all cars need at least 4 months MOT in order for us to buy them.
I DON'T HAVE A V5C IN MY NAME, WILL YOU STILL BUY IT?
No, when we collect the vehicle we will ask for you to show us the V5C and a form of ID, so we can confirm you are the current owner of the car being sold. This helps us prevent fraud. This can be a valid Drivers License / Passport, it must match the name of the current registered keeper, shown on the front page of the cars V5C Registration Document.
